SBFC was founded in 2017 to reach all entrepreneurs and deliver financial services to meet their needs. Focused on the opportunity to serve India’s small business owners, SBFC set out to build a scalable and sustainable business model in an industry where only the best survive.
Project scope: To build a brand strategy, identity and implementation plan, which would help drive the dream of building a lending business to serve the needs of India’s entrepreneurs and small business owners across the country.
Milestone from project: From an underperforming company in 2017, it is now seen as a leading financial institution across India, with a net worth of US$ 3 billion.
On 16 August 2023, SBFC completed its IPO on India’s National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The IPO, which was oversubscribed by more than 70 times in the pre-listing bidding process, was one of the most successful in Indian history.
