With increasing affluence in a hyper-competitive marketplace, creating long-term, sustainable competitive advantage has become imperative to the success of healthcare organisations.

Project scope: To be the market leader and cater to the upper-middle & premium consumers expectations for high-quality service, convenience and accessibility - a new premium healthcare brand called “Prima” was developed. With an experience-oriented approach, and patient-centricity being a key differentiator for the new brand, which will drive the next stage of growth for Hoan My Medical Corporation.

The new brand identity was distributed across various print and digital channels, to ensure that every interaction with the brand reflects its unique identity and resonates, leaving a memorable and engaging experience with its target audience.
